How to GROW when faced with CONFLICT

Conflict will happen because we are all human. We make mistakes and the people around us make mistakes too. This doesn't mean we have to live in constant hurt and struggle. What if we can grow when faced with conflict? What does the bible say about how to resolve conflict?
